The two greatest forces controlling opportunity in America, the American Congress and the Corporate Boardroom, both mostly populated by White men in power.

Nothing ever changed because White men found their humanity. We had to fight them to remind them of ours.

So fight. Or don’t. With words, with action, with purpose, with an intensity bordering on mania. You may live your entire life and it may appear to not make a difference for you.

The Tuskegee Airmen were the first African-American military aviators in the United States Armed Forces. During World War II, black Americans in many U.S. states were still subject to the Jim Crow laws[N 1] and the American military was racially segregated, as was much of the federal government. The Tuskegee Airmen were subjected to discrimination, both within and outside the army. They are also one of the most highly decorated air wings in World War II.

Hard words. Not my first. Nor my last. Join me.
